Objective: The client aimed to streamline testing processes, establish robust testing frameworks, and ensure the scalability and
quality of business critical IT applications while minimizing risks associated with continuous release cycles.

The Solution
We addressed the client’s testing challenges by automating SAP modules (MM, WM, FICO, PP, PM, QM, SD,
HCM) and systems like Salesforce and GST. Using Tricentis Tosca, we implemented end-to-end automation
across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring a unified framework. A project tracking and reporting matrix was
introduced for better monitoring, and a test automation strategy with tool recommendations was developed to
boost efficiency. Continuous performance testing was implemented to ensure scalability. This solution improved
testing speed, accuracy, and scalability, meeting the client’s needs for faster and more reliable releases.
