The Solution

Our P&C SMEs led comprehensive UAT and functional testing, supported by a Playwright-based automation framework for Duck Creek and broker portal workflows with reusable components and parallel execution. We conducted interface certification through integration testing, contract validation, and end-toend business process verification, including Mitchell medical invoice and ImageTrust bill-scanning workflows.
